Returns & Refunds Policy

At MORVENZO, we aim to ensure that customers receive products in acceptable condition. Returns and refunds are subject to the following requirements.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered when a product has a verified manufacturing defect or damage.

Customers must contact us within 10 days from the manufacturing date and provide clear photos or videos showing the reported issue.

Return Requirement

If the reported defect is confirmed and the return is approved, the customer must return the product according to our instructions before the refund can be processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Incorrect size, color, or product selection

• Damage caused by the customer after delivery

• Shipping delays caused by couriers or customs

• Packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
