Shipping Policy

MORVENZO operates with an international dropshipping fulfillment model, allowing products to be shipped to customers in different countries.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery Time

International delivery typically takes 7–16 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, courier operations, and circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, MORVENZO will not be responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages and may not be able to resend the order.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched. Updates may take several days to appear in the carrier's tracking system.

Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may have entered fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
